OK, for once I can report some good news about life up here on the mountain top. I got one of those damn 4-wheelers up and going. Now to wait a week and see what goes wrong with it next. My boys is gonna be one hell of a pain in the ass to do though I think.

And I do hope that the blazer will be done soon. I talked to the guy and he said it was to be done yesterday?? Don't ask, cuz I don't know.A day later and its still not here.

So now I am going to get camp done up. I got the camper moved out to the spot, so now I just have to try to not bust a nut and square it up. That should be about fun. I have a nice stack of wood and a nice size cleared. So all I have to take out now is the fire ring and I'ma gonna be ready. Cold beer, hot dogs, good friends, and long nights. The one funny thing about us mountain top people, is that camp is never too far from home. ours is only about a mile. That way when The better half has to "GO" she can just scoot home. She already said she ain't gonna use no leaves!! That might be a wise choice, poison ivy is not good for the bum!!

I am so tired of getting stuck with other peoples JUNK. It never seems to fail. A few years ago I was talked into buying a 4-wheeler that was to be so damn good...HA HA HA. Welp, it sat for a year and a half due to not running. So after a new back axle, rear hub, and bearings, not to forget 375 in part cost, I got it back. It runs for a week, and guess what, now the front ball joint snaps!! So knowing that it's in rough shape I think I best replace all 4 of them, another 100-150 in parts.

Also, a few months back, I had got my boy his first. Just a off brand 250 to learn on. I was told it had low hours and was just like new. To look at it you knew it was taken care of and the gent I got it from was someone ya thought who knew what he was talking about. But Guess what, its another hunk of JUNK. Between a short somewhere in it that keeps draining the battery, and just about 10 minutes ago now the rear is locked up. With it being an off brand china piece of shit, who knows what that is gonna cost me!!

But ya'll really wanna know what the kicker to this whole week has been? Welp, I was in my Blazer running around trying to get some stuff done and in order for this long weekend of non stop bliss, it dies! I am stuck in an area with no cell service, and only able to use a phone to make local calls. Welp where I live at , if you dont call the person next door to ya, its long distance!!, so I had to sit there for 2 and a half hours.

But on a good note, I got to see the new Jones movie!! All day yesterday the kids, and us cleaned up the whole out side and then just had a good night out on the town. So I am glad one thing turned out to be good.

Lemme tell ya, I just went and filled up a 5 gallon can of gas, man oh man did I get a shock. $22.41, can ya'll believe that. $3.90 a gallon now. I'ma gonna have to sell crack or weed soon to make ends meet soon!

And on the afternoon news, I just heard that a power station had over 6 grand of metal stolen over night. Its getting bad people. YA'll best stand up soon.

It was to be our first vacation (a real one) in almost 6 years, and do ya know what we had to do?? CANCEL it due to these damn gas prices! Now I am just a bit more pissed off at our lovly goverment who is ramming ya'll and I a new one!

So instead of the family sitting on a beach in the sun, we are now forced to stay on top of the mountain and pretty much do what we always do...Nothing.

So what do ya'll wanna talk about tonight?I got a few Buds in me, and a fresh chaw of Cope and I'ma ready to go.

Then lets talk about what the hell is wrong with people.

If you are gonna tell someone that you you are gonna do something for them, I say you best do it for them. Don't let them hanging like two day old laundry on the line!!!

This here might be the beer talking a bit , but I'ma really pissed off at the moment. I spent half the day yesterday and all day today waitin on some one to do something that they said they would do for me and guess what, no show no call nothing. So yeah I'ma PISSED! To say the least. I try my best to stay to my word and if I cant then I do know how to pick up a phone and dial the damn thing.

I just might be a tad bit too old school for alot of ya'll out there but I don't forget where I came from and how I was raised!! It is all about being HUMAN I thought. Maybe not. It seems that most just wanna worry about themselves and screw anyone who gets in the way.

And ya'll wanna know something else that really bugs the shit outta me...Too bad, I'ma gonna tell ya anyways.

Its when you go to buy something off someone and its just a huge slab of JUNK!!! Why is it that people pawn this shit off on others?? HUH??

It just seems I get stuck with the best off it. First a Harley and the not just one but two 4-wheelers!!! One of them is half the reason I am pissed now. I get a phone cal on Friday saying its done and we'll go get it and now 2 days later and a 12 pac later, its still not here!!! And the other part of it is that its one of the 4-wheelers that is gonna cost me $400.00. The other one who knows what the hell its gonna cost. Gotta wait to get one back to send the other one out ya know.

Sorry to vent on ya'll, but I just had to get that shit outta me before I popped!!!

Hey out there, lets see if I can get under someones skin. I bet ya I can!

Lets start this out by talking about the rising cost of life

How many of you out there can still afford to go to work with the gas prices the way they are?Almost $4.00 a gallon here. But what are our so called leaders doing about it? Welp, from where I sit and The way I see it NOTHING!!

And how about the cost of just going to the store to get some grub? Have ya'll noticed how much it has all gone up? Pretty soon we wont be known as a FAT nation... why.... Cuz we wont be able to afford to eat.

And energy cost? ya'll are going to have to sit in the dark pretty soon. Or go back to useing candles.In 2010, the cap comes off. Do ya'll know what that means? It means about a 50% higher bill that ALL of us are going to have to dish out!!

So pretty soon , the way its going, unless ya'll rae rich and can spend without thinking, we are heading back to the time of shooting and growing food, early to bed and early to rise(sunset and sunrise), and riding a mule to work.

To tell ya'll the truth it just shows how much in a whole, that we as Americans are just stupid. No one will stand together to fight the stronghold that is all working against us. Millions of ya'll just want to stand back and whine and bitch about it all. But what is being done about it? NOT A DAMN THING!!!

Dont just sit on your ass and talk about it. We ALL should be standing together taking a stand on it. We all could go with using less fuel, driving less, shutting off lights, all of the things that fatten up their wallets while ours shrink!!!

Why should we be making all these companys richer by the day!!!???

Come on People, open your eyes and see just what the hell is going on.

OK... Just in case ya'll forgot who I was, that there is me. I'ma Big Redneck in this here Small World!

I done did been a busy man over the winter and to let ya know the truth I done did forgot about this place. Dont really matter, no one ever looks any ways....HA HA

I gave up the world of trucking with the special People, or should I say they gave up on me, no loss to me. I do miss the people but thats about it. The bosses that are higher up can kiss my fuzzy redneck ass for all I care!!!

Got my self a job plowing the roads this winter, wanna talk about interesting!!! I never knew how bad the roads was till I was the one who had to take care of them!!! Got to work with some really good guys and got to make a couple good friends over the winter.

I think that I'ma gonna try to keep up with this here for a bit. Maybe put a smile or two on the faces that do look this over. I have many a tale to tell, and I do like tellin em.
